Mechanical Characteristics
▪ Mineral casting base +QT 500 moving parts, mineral casting integrally molded base and column, paired with honeycomb-like optimized rib plate layout, featuring excellent damping characteristics and resistance to torsion and bending, capable of efficiently absorbing grinding vibrations, providing stable support for micron-level machining; natural aging for over one year.
▪ With five-axis direct drive linkage and high-precision roller guide rails, the positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.002mm, and the repeatability of positioning is also≤0.002mm, achieving high-precision motion across the entire range.
▪ The precision spindle system is equipped with thermal compensation software, featuring an integrated design of the electric spindle. It is paired with high-precision angular contact ball bearings and an automatic balancing system. The A-axis is equipped with a Schaublin chuck, enabling the workpiece to be clamped and processed in one setup for the entire process, enabling high-speed and stable grinding.
▪ The design features full-axis protection, equipped with a dedicated cable drag chain. The guide rails of each axis adopt a closed protective structure. The ball screws are fixedly supported at both ends and equipped with bearing seat limiters, effectively extending the service life of core components and ensuring long-term reliable operation.
▪ The modular structure layout and flexible and efficient programming software are suitable for complex tool processing in aerospace, medical equipment, high-end molds, and other fields. The five-axis linkage supports grinding of various types of workpieces such as end mills, drills, and forming tools, balancing flexibility and adaptability.
