Mechanical Features
▪ Mineral‑cast base with ductile‑iron 500 moving components; the mineral‑cast base and column are integrally molded, featuring a honeycomb‑structured rib‑plate layout that delivers exceptional damping performance as well as superior torsional and flexural rigidity. This design efficiently absorbs grinding vibrations, providing stable support for micron‑level machining; undergoes natural aging for over one year.
▪ Five-axis direct-drive simultaneous motion, coupled with high-precision roller‑type linear guides, delivers positioning accuracy of ≤0.002 mm and repeatable positioning accuracy of ≤0.002 mm, enabling high‑precision motion across the entire workspace.
▪ A precision spindle system, equipped with thermal compensation software and an integrated electric spindle design, features high‑precision angular contact ball bearings and an automatic balancing system. The A‑axis is fitted with a high‑accuracy chuck, enabling one‑setup, full‑process machining of workpieces and delivering high‑speed, stable grinding.
▪ The machine features full‑axis protection, equipped with a dedicated cable drag chain. Each axis is fitted with a closed‑type protective structure, while the ball screws are supported at both ends and fitted with bearing housings and limit stops, effectively extending the service life of key components and ensuring long‑term, reliable operation.
▪ Modular structural layout and flexible, high‑efficiency programming software, tailored for complex tool machining in aerospace, medical devices, high‑end molds, and other sectors; five‑axis simultaneous control supports grinding of various workpiece types, including end mills, drills, and form tools, balancing flexibility with broad applicability.
